FlyParatrike Training Agreement
By submitting this booking, I agree to the following:
1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 33% of the course fee is required within 48 hours to confirm my booking. My place is not secured until the deposit is received.
2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the course start date.
3. Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future course date, subject to availability. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the course, the full fee is due.
4. Weather: Training schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions. FlyParatrike will make every effort to complete the course syllabus within the scheduled dates.
5. Insurance: I understand that personal insurance is mandatory for training outside the UK. I will arrange appropriate sports travel insurance before the course begins.
6. Health & Fitness: I confirm I am in reasonable health and will disclose any medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely.
7. Assumption of Risk: I understand that powered paratrike involves inherent risks. I accept responsibility for my own safety and will follow all instructor guidance during training.
8. Equipment: All training equipment is provided by FlyParatrike. I agree to use it responsibly and report any damage immediately.
9. Photography & Media: I consent to photographs and video being taken during training for promotional purposes, unless I notify the instructor otherwise in writing.
10. Accommodation: Accommodation and meals are not included in the course fee. I am responsible for arranging my own accommodation and travel.
